Delivery Details

Delivery incurs an $8 fee for any number of printer cartridges, of any type.
We offer delivery before close-of- business the next working day for orders placed with us  by 1:00PM Australian Eastern Standard Time on any working day.. 

Next Working Day Delivery is if shipping address is within courier range of any commercial airport throughout Australia.

Regional areas can take three days delivery, but we normally surprise even ourselves. There are only a few very remote areas that we do not include 'Next Day Delivery'. 

We use a state of the art electronic picking & dispatch system using the following companies.

- Australian Air Express, Fastway, Startrack, Australia Post, Toll, Couriers Please 

1. ABC Print Supplies will do our best to ensure your order arrives for next day delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays in delivery time, which can be occasioned by the couriers.. 
2. Where an order is placed on a weekend or holiday 'Next Day Delivery' will occur on the second working day following that weekend or holiday period.
3. All orders will be sent at our discretion.
4. Next day delivery excludes public holidays and weekends. Where a public or weekend falls on the 'delivery day' the order will be delayed till the following work day. 
5. ABC Print Supplies operates within Queensland dates, holidays and times. 
6. ABC Print Supplies does not accept responsibility for failure to deliver caused by any actions of the above-named  couriers, although every attempt will be made by us to locate and have the order delivered to you. 
7. ABC Print Supplies does not accept charges from couriers for re-deliveries resulting from your requesting same to the courier. A card advising of a failed delivery will necessitate your calling at the post office /depot to collect your parcel, Specific 'authority to leave' instructions are .provided for in the cart section of your order if you do not think you will be at the delivery premises at time of delivery. Alternatively, you might use your place of employment as a delivery destination.
