Words such as 'toner', "laser', 'remanufactured', 'compatible', 'yield' etc, can be confusing for many computer printer users (cont..)

When searching for a printer cartridge, you should always search by the model number for the printer, unless you know for certain what printer cartridge model it is that you require. For instance, the Epson Expression Photo XP850 printer model has 6 different colours of dye cartridge with a standard yield C13T277192 to C13T277692. Then there are also a further six cartridges that have high yield C13T278192 to C13T278692. So there are 12 possible cartridges for this printer. The best way to see all of these options is to search for 'XP850'. This should throw up all 12 options, plus bundles if applcable.

By searching by the printer model, you also eliminate  transposition errors that can occur by incorrectly entering a digit in a cartridge model number For instance, Brother brand has the TN2150, the TN2250, and the TN2350 printer cartidges. An incorrectly entered digit as indicated by the bold digits above would result in sa getting a cartridge for the Brother MFC2703DW printer instead of the Brother HL2142.
